BPAM

The Busan International Performing Arts Market (BPAM) is a multi-genre arts market organized by the Busan Cultural Foundation and held in Busan, Korea’s second-largest city and a vital gateway to the world. Launched with a vision of fostering global connections through the performing arts, BPAM is now entering its fourth edition.

In 2026, BPAM aims to showcase approximately 200 performances, host over 300 delegates from around the world, and welcome more than 60,000 audience members. A defining feature of BPAM is that all performances are open to the public, enabling meaningful exchange between international arts professionals and local audiences.

In addition, the City of Busan will present a citywide cultural initiative titled “Festival October,” bringing together BPAM, the Busan International Film Festival, the Busan Rock Festival, and other major events under a unified “big tent” format. As part of this vibrant cultural season, BPAM offers a unique opportunity to connect across disciplines and communities on a global scale.
